Job Summary:

As a Commercial Print Sales Professional at Lahlouh, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, customers, and markets based on our ideal client profile. You will qualify new prospects, cultivate new clients, and maintain existing clients, utilizing your strategic and transactional selling and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects
• Provide plant tours to showcase our capabilities and services
• Review print estimates and calculate pricing, ensuring accurate and complete job specifications are obtained from customers
• Coordinate pre-production meetings for large or nonstandard projects
• Ensure compliance with industry-standard requirements, such as ISO, FSC, and SOC-2

Requirements:

• Previous commission-based selling experience in the commercial print industry (5 years minimum)
• College degree preferred (BA/BS) or extensive industry experience required
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills
• Personal car required for job; must be willing to travel, as needed, to support clients and be onsite at manufacturing plants

Compensation:

$60,000-$200,000 annually (100% commission after first year guarantee, commissions average 7-9%)
