Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement.
    • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
    • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
