The Behavioral Health Technician position at Blue Hills Recovery requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years driving experience, and a valid driver's license. A clear background check is also required. Experience in chemical dependency, psychiatric settings, or human services fields is preferred but not necessary. Upon hiring, complete TB testing is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients in daily activities, supervising client transportation, maintaining a safe facility environment, and reporting any incidents or concerns to the treatment team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
