Mission Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in San Diego, California.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with Mission Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in home health or a related setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
