In-Home Physical Therapist

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Home Physical Therapist to join our team in Santee, CA.
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated physical therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes. As an In-Home Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatment to patients suffering from various injuries, muscle, nerve, joint, and bone disorders or diagnoses.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Administer physical therapy treatment, including exercises, modalities, and education, to patients in their homes.
- Travel to different home care settings, clinics, doctors' offices, and patients' homes to provide services.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and assume administrative/supervisory responsibilities as needed.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams on physical therapy phases, prosthetic and orthotic devices, and durable medical equipment.
- Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment.
- Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver's license.
- CPR certification or complete training required.
Select Physical Therapy offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Commensurate with experience $90,000-$100,000.
