**Job Summary**

The Installation Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the success and organization of our Installation team. This individual will work closely with our Project Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the Installation side of our business runs smoothly and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Installation team in the installation of our high-end window solutions
  • Supervise the off-loading of assemblies and glass at delivery sites
  • Inspect installed products for proper installation, function, and damage
  • Manage and maintain accurate records using project management software
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field (construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, or cabinetry fitting)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
