Job Summary: Our Community is looking for a team of caring and dedicated individuals to provide physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, and communication support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide help with activities of daily living, including physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, and communication support.
Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem.
Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management.
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age.
Able to pass a background check.
1+ years experience providing support for an I/DD individual and/or family member.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Locations: BEND, REDMOND, MADRAS, PRINEVILLE, LAPINE, SISTERS
