Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Pharmacist, you will:

  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize medication therapy
  • Provide education and training to staff members on medication management

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A B.S. in Pharmacy
  • Experience in long-term care or institutional pharmacy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a location pay of $3,400. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
