About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive net new leads and progress existing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Help identify and develop inbound and outbound initiatives, including website marketing, email marketing, advertising, webinars, social media, and events.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs.
  • Help launch lead nurture programs/campaigns to move inquiries to marketing qualified leads and further down the sales cycle.
  • Proactively engage with SDR teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Help plan and execute third-party media plans that may include advertising, webinars, content marketing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possibly CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
