- Process new hire documentation and conduct onsite drug tests.
- Address associate inquiries or direct them to HR customer service.
Administers HR Processes for Staff:
- Input payroll data and manage payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry in timekeeping and scheduling systems.
- Process terminations and final pay in compliance with state regulations.
Implements Compliance Programs and Maintains Documentation:
- Establish, maintain, and audit personnel files and relevant HR records.
- Ensure proper filing of personnel documents.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to uphold confidentiality.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks across various applications and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- Basic reading and arithmetic skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service roles.
