  • Assist in new hire and benefits orientation.
  • Process new hire documentation and conduct onsite drug tests.
  • Address associate inquiries or direct them to HR customer service.

Administers HR Processes for Staff:

  • Input payroll data and manage payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Process terminations and final pay in compliance with state regulations.

Implements Compliance Programs and Maintains Documentation:

  • Establish, maintain, and audit personnel files and relevant HR records.
  • Ensure proper filing of personnel documents.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks across various applications and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
  • Basic reading and arithmetic skills.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources or administrative/customer service roles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
