Job Summary

You will assist the managers in ensuring the tools and procedures are in place and used by all department staff for successful operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist managers in ensuring the successful operation of your department
  • Train and develop department staff, including conducting performance reviews
  • Provide input on staffing, staff performance, and scheduling
  • Attend all staff, team, and manager meetings
  • Learn and use Google Drive and Google products like Sheets and Docs
Requirements
  • Experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in catering, restaurants, or bars is required
  • Specific experience in your department is required
  • Embody Ian's Standards for Customer Service, Food Quality, and Big Five Code of Conduct (Awareness, Connection, Effort, Dependability, and Generosity)
  • Cross-trained and regularly able to perform all in-store positions within 6 months
  • Must complete a food safety certification course within 4 months
  • Ability to motivate others, keep organized and set priorities, and practice good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs, and use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business
  • English language proficiency is required for this position
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at Orientation and/or Day One
Working Conditions

This position is hourly with the expectation to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekend and evening availability. Your schedule is posted 2-4 weeks at a time, depending on location.
