Qualifications for the Audit Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA certification is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in external auditing or a related field, including at least 1 year in a CPA firm
  • Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in auditing software and MS Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent financial audits and reviews for diverse clients to evaluate their financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Develop and execute audit plans and procedures based on risk assessments and audit objectives
  • Perform substantive testing of financial transactions, account balances, and disclosures
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective measures
  • Communicate audit outcomes and suggestions to clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve any identified issues or concerns
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
