Job Title: Physical Design Architect Semiconductors

At TechEra Global Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Physical Design Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for defining the physical architecture and driving physical aspects during the design cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the logic design team to develop the physical design architecture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Develop and implement synthesis and Place and Route (PnR) strategies for high-speed digital designs in advanced process nodes.
  • Perform signoff tasks, including power, timing, and physical verification checks, to ensure design closure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor domain.
  • Proven track record of successful physical design and timing closure in advanced process nodes.
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence/Synopsys tools for synthesis, PnR, and Static Timing Analysis (STA).
  • Experience with multiple large SoC tapeouts in advanced nodes, including chip-level physical design and STA closure.
  • Strong expertise in SOC/ASIC/GPU/CPU design flows, with a focus on timing closure at block and chip levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with industry-standard design flows and tools.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
