Financial Advisor Role Overview

At Corebridge Financial, we're passionate about helping individuals make informed decisions about their financial futures. As a Financial Advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for our retirement savings plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group presentations to educate plan participants about plan features and benefits.
  • Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations to promote plan awareness.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and District Vice Presidents to develop targeted education campaigns and increase plan participation.
  • Meet with participants to educate them about plan options and encourage enrollment.
  • Travel may be required for new plan enrollments.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Series 7, Series 66 required and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
  • CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
