REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in retail management is necessary.
Understanding of customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment, quality service standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and their functionalities.
