Job Title: Director, Pediatric Surgical Services

At Norton Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Pediatric Surgical Services to lead our pediatric surgical services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial planning for surgical areas of responsibility, including identifying areas of expense, revenue, growth, and excess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to management staff within surgical areas of responsibility, actively mentoring and coaching direct reports to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of plans, operations, and programs within assigned areas of surgical services, actively participating in strategic planning, policy formulation, resource planning, and facility planning.
  • Lead change regarding quality of care and operational enhancements, including implementation and communication plans, to improve the value of services provided.

Requirements:

  • Three years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pediatric experience.
  • Master's Degree.
