Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our medical surgical unit at JobRialto. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and supporting the surgical team during procedures. The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative instructions to patients, ensuring they understand their care plans and recovery processes.
- Assisting the surgical team with medication administration, monitoring patient progress, and reporting any complications.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a safe and effective operating environment, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
