Patient Care Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our medical surgical unit at JobRialto. Key Responsibilities:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative instructions to patients, ensuring they understand their care plans and recovery processes.
  • Assisting the surgical team with medication administration, monitoring patient progress, and reporting any complications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient information and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a safe and effective operating environment, prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
