We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead our ground-up multifamily construction projects in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and reporting procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Establish construction plans and ensure engineering methods meet high standards.
  • Manage subcontracts, major purchase orders, and contractual responsibilities, including dispute resolution.
  • Mentor and lead project employees, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Ensure project profitability through effective leadership and planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects (Type I, II, III), including affordable housing, student housing, apartments, or hotels.
  • Proven track record of success in managing project costs, schedules, and quality.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year based on experience. This position offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
