Safety Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure safety standards are met
- Provide training and guidance on safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training sessions

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety
- Experience working on new data center projects preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 500 certification a plus
