Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical services team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to children with autism and behavioral differences.
Key Responsibilities- Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
- Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
- Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
- Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
- Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
- Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
