Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our laboratory team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests and procedures.
- Process and manage patient specimens with precision and care.
- Perform quality control measures to ensure reliable test results.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as necessary.
- Engage in the development and refinement of laboratory protocols.
- Participate in cross-training across different laboratory sections as required.
- Document and communicate critical laboratory findings promptly.
- Adapt care methods to meet the diverse needs of patients.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and regulatory practices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant scientific field, alongside the necessary clinical laboratory training. A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is required, with specific exposure to various laboratory sections.
Work Schedule: Afternoon shifts available.
