We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our Hospital Medicine team at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. As an Assistant Physician Leader, you will play a key role in leading and managing our team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive quality and safety initiatives
- Participate in regional rounding and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Board certification in internal medicine with previous leadership experience preferred
