As a Physician Leader at HarmonyCares, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality, coordinated care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advance practice providers to build a collaborative team
- Act as a resource and coach to impact clinical performance
Qualifications
- Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
- Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- EMR experience
