Your Opportunity + Impact

Larson Design Group is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our team and grow our business in the Corning, NY market.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, providing resources and technical guidance for efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Observing new markets and transitioning prior and current relationships
  • Implementing yearly business goals and a multi-year Strategic Business plan
  • Providing organizational development and team building
  • Supervising a team to achieve sales, revenue, and profit goals
  • Developing and nurturing partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Developing effective quality control procedures
  • Strategizing to grow the Department in terms of total revenue, profitability, service offerings, and geographic presence

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer licensure or an advanced degree
  • 10+ years' experience in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to review design calculations and prepare cost estimates
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and schedule commitments
