  • Oversee the receipt and proper storage of materials to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure a secure workplace for all employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and production manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise inventory documentation.
  • Perform equipment maintenance as required, with experience in Norfield machines being advantageous.
  • Guarantee payroll accuracy for all team members.
  • Assist clients with order placements and loading of will-call items.
  • Monitor production and receiving processes to ensure quality control.
  • Participate in annual inventory assessments.
  • Understand, support, and enforce company policies consistently.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and/or manufacturing is required.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Strong task prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in a warehouse setting, including material handling and forklift operation.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
Requirements:
  • Regular start time at 7:00 am, with flexibility for earlier or later shifts as needed.
  • Occasional light travel may be required.
