Associa is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to maintain the physical condition of buildings.
  • Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and related systems.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements.
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret and complete verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Years of directly related or closely related experience.
Certifications or Licenses:
  • None required.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel may be required.
  • Typical outside work environment, with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and operating powered equipment.
  • Some overtime required, including on-call, weekends, and 24-hour emergency situations.
