Building Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing exceptional service to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance or repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
