Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional service as a Hotel Ambassador at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. Your role will involve:

• Welcoming Guests
  • Extend a friendly greeting, open doors, and offer assistance.
• Providing Helping Hands
  • Assist with luggage, guide guests to the front desk, transfer luggage to and from rooms, and share information about the hotel and local area.
• Serving as Guests' Local Transport
  • Utilize your driving skills and local knowledge to safely transport passengers to their destinations.
  • Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, and fueled up, and report any maintenance issues.
• Offering Assistance Where Needed
  • Maintain the hotel entrance, fulfill special guest requests, handle room deliveries, and promptly report any observed issues to management.
• Prioritizing Safety & Security
  • Adhere to the hotel's safety protocols, stay alert for potential issues, and communicate with management when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer assistance with their luggage.
• Accompany guests to their rooms while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Recommend restaurants, transportation options, and local attractions to enhance guests' stay.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when engaging with guests.
• Ensure the lobby and entrance area are clean and welcoming for guests' comfort.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior hotel or related experience is preferred.
• A Chauffeur's License is helpful but not required; however, you must possess an excellent driving record, verified by the Motor Vehicle Administration report.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
• Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi-task.
• The right candidate will possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms and will be able to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• The ability to push a full luggage cart is essential.
• The ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time without sitting or leaning is required.
• Weekend availability is a must.
