Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hospitality Host/Hostess to join our team at the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa in Fairport, NY.

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet every arriving guest warmly with a friendly and welcoming demeanor at the host stand.
• Manage Reservations and Seating: Utilize the Resy Reservation system effectively to manage the floor plan.
• Assist with Table Clearing: Assist in clearing tables as required during service.
• Demonstrate Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule, being available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform Under Pressure: Perform effectively under high-demand situations.

• Education: A high school education or equivalent is preferred for this Host-Hostess position in Fairport, NY, US.
• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to work long hours when needed, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently, as well as the ability to multitask.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
