The successful candidate will lead the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the domestic industrial base for public health sector medical technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive landscape analysis of current, emerging, and proposed laws, regulations, policies, and guidance impacting industry, domain products, and supplies.
  • Establish regular communication mechanisms for IBMSC to communicate with PHIB industry.
  • Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Lead the development of key policy analysis tools in support of IBMSC strategic policy activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, communicate insights, and conduct detailed domain-specific workshops.
  • Direct and manage end-to-end analytics project lifecycle, including defining project deliverables, KPIs, and test requirements.
  • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support ASPR.
  • Travel on official business as required.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • 20+ years of relevant experience leading projects, formulating, and executing Federal budgets, and engaging in Congressional legislative communications.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Familiarity with Visualization and presentation techniques.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
