Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in booking appointments for advisors
  • Prepare declaration page quote sheets for meetings
  • Market for property/casualty insurance service opportunities
  • Support advisors with client services
  • Coordinate business and meetings with advisors, tax teams, and estate planners
  • Market to companies for business opportunities
  • Comply with all industry rules and regulations
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic database skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain required licenses
