Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, finances, and workflow to optimize pharmacy operations and minimize losses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and improve patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Pharmacist in charge designation on state pharmacy license.
- Submission of required information to state PMP administrator.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
