Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to provide exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and services
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Pharmacist in charge designation on pharmacy state license
  • Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
