We are seeking a highly skilled Prospective Payment System Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Spalding Rehabilitation. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our patient information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient information for Medicare reimbursement and maximize LOS efficiency
  • Monitor CMS compliance and ensure accurate completion of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility – Patient Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI)
  • Provide clinical support in the completion of data contained in the IRF-PAI to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient's care needs
  • Assist in the ongoing monitoring of identified benchmarks for the inpatient rehab population
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in CO as a Registered Nurse or Therapist (all therapy disciplines accepted)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Nursing or Physical Therapy
  • Prefer at least 2 years previous experience as a licensed clinician in an Inpatient Rehabilitation and a working knowledge of IRF-PAI & CARE Tool
