Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
  • Develop teammates through our internal training program, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, and provide clear direction to the team.
  • Manage inventory and product orders, adhering to all rules and regulations for a safe and productive work environment.
  • Assist guests with their questions and needs, in-person, electronically, or via the telephone.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience (professional automotive experience not required).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
  • Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
  • Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance always.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
