Breckenridge Ski Resort is seeking a skilled Rental Delivery Specialist to kick-start winter holidays for our guests by delivering equipment right to their door. As a key member of our team, you will work in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

This multi-faceted role requires employees who can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. You will gain valuable skills by supporting multiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator and set up ski/snowboard equipment to meet guest specifications
  • Work with other Delivery Specialists to organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards
  • Handle oneself professionally and courteously while inside guest residences, hotels, and lodges
  • Fit guests to their equipment and explain proper, safe use
  • Answer any guest questions regarding their reservation, equipment, or the resort
  • Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized work space
Requirements:
  • Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Keen to learn new skills and open-minded
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle a time-sensitive delivery schedule
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
