Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Inner-Cool Refrigeration, Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
  • Work with electronic, pneumatic, and automated control systems.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide timely repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work performed.
  • Use and maintain assigned truck, equipment, and tools.
  • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Experience working with electronic, pneumatic, and automated control systems.
  • Valid EPA Section 608 Universal certification.
  • Valid Class C driver's license.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
