Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working for a renowned brand in the footwear industry? We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at The Outlets of Lake George.

About the Role:

This is a part-time seasonal position that will support our store during the holiday season, with potential to transition to regular employment. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a high level of personalized customer engagement, serving as a one-stop resource for customers, and achieving sales and productivity goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing product recommendations and information.
  • Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment.
  • Assume cashier duties as needed.
  • Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
  • Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.
Requirements:
  • Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store's customer base.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience.
Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, or controls, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Benefits:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
