Job Title: Sales Associate III

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve individual goals.
  • Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed and process shipments efficiently.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Leverage Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
