Job Description
This Healthcare Office Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting clinical staff and contributing to the smooth operation of our medical centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently, minimizing wait times and ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records, including demographic information and medical histories.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification in healthcare administration desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
