We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance and Accounting to be part of our team:

As our Director of Finance and Accounting, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies and ensuring the precision and reliability of our financial operations. You will oversee a compact yet impactful team and be actively involved in various aspects of our company's functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the finance and accounting functions of the organization
- Build and supervise a top-performing finance and accounting team in the US and India
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, offering financial insights to steer strategic decision-making
- Guarantee adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards
- Assess, suggest, and implement software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and precision
- Generate and deliver financial reports to the executive leadership and board of directors
- Supervise the audit procedures, collaborating with external auditors to meet all audit requirements promptly
- Cultivate relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA certification mandatory
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a $30-50mm SAAS startup environment
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and financial statutes
- Background in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing and streamlining financial processes and systems
- Experience in leading and managing teams in the US, with familiarity in overseeing accounting functions in India preferred
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced setting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite
