Key Responsibilities- Maintain all safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on process equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, gas analyzers, electrical controls systems, and pneumatic control valves.
- Manage own time to accomplish operations and maintenance tasks for assigned plants, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving plant problems.
- Coordinate contractors and resources to support activities, audits, and administrative requirements for the plant.
- Maintain or improve plant efficiency.
- Occasionally assist or direct the training and development of new employees.
- 2-5 years of operations experience in fields such as air separation, instrumentation and control, general maintenance of industrial equipment, compressors and compressor maintenance, industrial mechanical, industrial electrical or electrician, and HVAC.
- Strong safety awareness and procedures.
- Safe driving skills.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
- Maintenance and repairs skills.
- Process understanding and process control schematic interpretation.
- Computers and Microsoft applications skills.
- Communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Quality controls and analyzers skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Procurement processes skills.

- Salary range of $85k-$94k, with overtime pay on top of salary.
