Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician with CapLeo Global, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on ATMs, electro mechanical equipment, and other technical devices. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs and electro mechanical equipment
  • Inspect and test devices to ensure proper operation
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including clearing paper jams and card jams
  • Prioritize and plan service calls to ensure efficient use of time
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
  • Follow established procedures for key/alarm/combination control processes


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug testing
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters
  • Familiarity with computers and consumer communications devices
  • Service experience or electro mechanical experience preferred
