Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and committed Electrical Construction Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. This position carries significant responsibility and requires strong leadership skills. The Electrical Construction Supervisor will oversee the energy storage division in a leadership role, requiring on-site presence to manage all facets of electrical construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee energy storage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to guarantee project success.
  • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Guide and mentor assistant supervisors, craft personnel, and junior team members.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely provision of materials and resources.
  • Uphold safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing SOLV standards and OSHA guidelines.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and training to enhance team skills.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing energy storage work, including NFPA 70e and IEEE and NEC standards.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction or maintenance.
  • Direct industry experience as a NFPA 70e "Qualified Person" is preferred, with a strong understanding of electrical equipment construction and operation.
  • OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
  • Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments as project needs dictate.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently analyze, troubleshoot, and prioritize issues.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatching methods and practices.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Responsibilities may evolve as required by the organization.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent physical activities including stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant hand dexterity and the ability to see details at various distances.
