Norman Regional Health System is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join their team in Oklahoma. This role plays a vital part in the cardiovascular program, ensuring equipment is prepared and patient conditions are assessed during procedures.

The ideal candidate will have completed a formal Radiologic or Cardiovascular program and hold relevant certifications, such as RCIS or ARRT. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with cardiologists and other medical professionals.

As a Cardiovascular Technologist at Norman Regional Health System, you will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients for procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with physicians to ensure excellent patient care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in staff training and contribute to the development of the cardiovascular program.

This position offers a competitive salary of $43.95 per hour, based on previous work experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
  • One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
  • Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
  • Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
