BODY20 Frisco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Studio Manager. This position is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while maintaining brand consistency and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Franchisee in managing studio operations and achieving top-tier performance metrics
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team and Coaches through ongoing development, training, and new hire onboarding
  • Ensure necessary staffing levels to meet studio demand while staying within budget
  • Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings with Sales Associates and Coaches
  • Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound facility
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio
  • Be a valued resource for employees and have working knowledge of Body20 systems
  • Work a minimum of 40+ hours in studio weekly, including one full weekend day
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
  • Experience with ClubReady a plus
