As a seasoned retail professional, you will partner with an experienced Havertys Manager to develop your leadership skills and advance your career. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service, create a positive store environment, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing team members, as well as overseeing store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Partner with the store manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Represent the Havertys brand through polished communication and professional appearance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales management experience
  • College education preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in retail software
