As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing-related legal transactions across international markets. Your role will involve conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure the tracking, processing, and accuracy of consumer promotion requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review process and manage all requests related to consumer promotion rules and regulations, ensuring accuracy throughout the entire lifecycle of promotions.
  • Create, distribute, and maintain comprehensive training materials for consumer promotion requests, ensuring timely submissions for legal review and full approval.
  • Administer the reporting process for all contracts and promotional business case requirements for international markets.
  • Facilitate contract meetings with regional teams to address any discrepancies and provide updates on submitted contracts.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all training materials related to APTTUS.
  • Monitor user access to ensure that the appropriate team members are adequately trained on system functionalities.
  • Ensure that contracts sent to legal include all necessary business needs, objectives, and are properly drafted.
  • Communicate any discrepancies back to legal and/or marketing leads when contracts are found to be incomplete or incorrect.
  • Review partially signed agreements to confirm that all required signatures have been executed.
  • Track the execution of authorized signatures by the company's Chairman, ensuring timely action by local counsel.
  • Reconcile any charges applied to the department card, itemizing expenses as necessary for approval.
  • Assist with additional operational projects as required.

Position Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Experience Desired:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business administration.

Computer Skills Desired:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and APTTUS is essential.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is USD 62,700.00 to USD 73,800.00.
