Regional Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Morris Furniture Co., Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive sales growth and profitability
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform sales strategies and drive innovation
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in senior sales management roles, preferably in the retail furniture industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and achieving significant revenue targets
- Strong leadership, team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
