About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and proactively fill open spots on therapists' calendars
  • Check clients in and out in a timely manner
  • Complete pre-appointment checks for clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and update eligibility
  • Provide timely notifications to staff as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
